My purpose is to encourage everyone I work with to align all parts of themselves together by releasing stories, beliefs, and frameworks that keep them stuck in different physical, mental, and emotional ways.

I create a safe container in which I empower people to be brave and compassionate enough to embrace their whole authentic selves. I have personally had a relationship with psychedelics for over 10 years in many different contexts and have realized how life-changing preparation and integration are to the experience, as well as having someone you trust to hold the space so you can fully surrender to the medicine. Setting an intention and being ready for what may arise has a significantly positive impact on the outcome of the journey, and integrating the experience and insights gained allows the richness of the experience to permeate into other aspects of life and continue to blossom over time.

Additionally, I provide one-on-one sessions for other experiences that would benefit from integration, creating space for people to welcome every part of themselves and allowing anything that comes up to be looked at and faced directly. You have to look at the parts hiding in the shadows so you know where to spread the love to, and all parts of yourself are worthy and deserving of love.
