An diesem Wochenende erforschen wir genau das, nämlich was es bedeutet sich selber und anderen eine wahre Freund*in zu sein, die mit offenem Herzen, stillem Verstand und ohne es persönlich zu nehmen allem begegnen kann.

Dieser Retreat ist für alle, die neugierig sind.

Der Kurs findet auf Deutsch und in Berlin statt.

Der Kurs wird geleitet von Sylvia Hiemstra, Lehrerin und Mentorin der Leela Schule.
Jutta Gelzer, Mentorin im Training der Leela Schule wird assistieren.

During this weekend we will explore exactly that: what it means to be a true friend to yourself and others, meeting everything with an open heart, a quiet mind and not taking anything personal.

This retreat is for anyone who is curious.

The course will be held in German and in Berlin.

The course will be led by Sylvia Hiemstra, Leela School teacher and mentor.
Jutta Gelzer, mentor in training of the Leela School will assist.
