An diesem Samstagnachmittag wollen wir uns treffen, um gemeinsam zu erforschen, was es bedeutet, sich selbst und anderen ein wahrer Freund zu sein.
Mit den Techniken der Leela Schule haben wir die Möglichkeit, einen tieferen Zugang zu unseren Emotionen, Gedanken und Gefühlen zu bekommen, die oft aus unserem Bewusstsein verdrängt werden.
Wenn du diese Muster in dir erkennst, hast du eine Wahl…

Was ist, wenn du dir selbst mit einem offenen Herzen und einem stillen Verstand zuhörst?

Wie betrügst du dich selbst?
Welche Geschichten musst du dir dafür erzählen?
Was sind deine unbewussten Strukturen?

…. und was ist es, das du wirklich willst?

Diese Veranstaltung wird in deutscher Sprache angeboten und findet in Berlin vor Ort statt.
